Our Founders
Jack, Jeff, and Roee founded Mammoth in 2021 with a simple goal: to help organizations unlock the full impact potential of their workforce. Throughout their careers, they experienced firsthand how disconnected and under-utilized employee engagement in sustainability and purpose programs often felt. Mammoth was built to change that—to make participation easy, rewarding, and meaningful at scale.
