Key Objectives
Manulife first partnered with Mammoth in 2024 to make climate literacy more accessible across its global workforce. After seeing strong engagement, the Global Sustainability and Impact team adopted Mammoth as the central platform to drive learning, action, and measurable outcomes across all of Manulife’s impact initiatives. Manulife’s goals across all initiatives are to:

  • Boost impact initiative awareness and engagement
  • Deepen learning of key impact and climate-related materials that are launched annually
  • Turn actions on Mammoth into tangible outcomes through tree planting and donation rewards within Manulife’s ecosystem

Manulife now uses Mammoth to launch and measure campaigns across its Impact and Climate functions. From the Annual Sustainability Report, to their Signature Recognition Program, and Annual Colleague Giving Campaign, every purpose-driven initiative is brought to life through Mammoth. Integrated directly into Microsoft Teams, the platform delivers bite-sized learning and action opportunities across each campaign—making it easy for employees to engage with Manulife’s various purpose initiatives from within their daily workflow.

Manulife now has greater visibility into employee interests, awareness, and learning—paired with a notable rise in participation and positive sentiment across its purpose-driven campaigns.
